1. Agreement

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your mobile number and email secure, and for any order placed from your account. One-time codes are personal — never share them with anyone, including someone claiming to be from My Shop. We will never ask you for your code.

3. Products and pricing

We work to keep product details, images and prices accurate. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical item. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a price or stock level is shown in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where the delivery address is outside our service area, or where we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

You may pay by cash on delivery, digital wallet, or bank transfer with a payment screenshot, depending on what is available at checkout. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed only after we verify the payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from your delivery location. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees; strikes, weather and road closures can delay a shipment. Someone must be available at the address to receive the order.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel an order from the app before it is dispatched. After delivery, returns are governed by our return policy and the return window shown on your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, except where the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Refunds are made to the original payment method, or in cash for cash-on-delivery orders.

8. Bulk and business accounts

Business pricing is granted at our discretion after your application is reviewed, and may be withdrawn if the account is misused.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to place fraudulent orders, to scrape our catalogue, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nepali consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
