1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to sell to you and deliver to you:
- Account details — your name, mobile number and email address.
- Delivery details — receiver name, contact number, address, and, if you choose to drop a pin, the map coordinates of your delivery point.
- Order history — what you bought, when, and how you paid.
- Device information — app version, device model and a notification token, used to send you order updates.
We do not store your card, wallet or bank credentials. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose.
2. How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To send order updates by SMS, email or push notification.
- To verify your identity when you sign in with a one-time code.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve our products, pricing and service.
We send marketing messages only where you have not opted out, and every such message includes a way to stop them.
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with:
- Delivery partners — the receiver's name, phone and address.
- Payment providers — the amount and an order reference.
- SMS and email providers — your number or address, to deliver a message you asked for.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Account details are kept while your account is open.
5. Your choices
- View and correct your details in the Account tab.
- Turn off notifications from the app or your device settings.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data — contact us and we will confirm what we must retain for legal reasons.
6. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. Access to customer data inside the company is limited to staff who need it to do their job.
7. Children
Our store is intended for customers aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The date below shows the last revision.
